How does it work?

Our app interface has been built with customer experience in mind. It is simple to use, intuitive, and accessible. 

Users download the app from their chosen app store (either the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android). Downloads are free. Customers can register an account in the app on their first use. If you choose to sell interpreting minutes through the app, users can by bundles of minutes using in-app payments. Payment collection could not be simpler. 

To make a call a user simply selects their required language and taps to call. Our clever telephone interpreting system will then check the customer record, whether there are minutes on the account (if required) and then connect the caller to an interpreter in their requested language within a minute – all without the caller inputting any data!
