Building Business Models Differently

We want to question the whole concept whereby remote interpreting services are bought and sold “by the minute”. We believe that there are different, and better, ways to build commercial relationships between service users, agencies, and interpreters.

We provide interpreting services on a subscription basis. Each month there an allowance of transactions included in your subscription. We price our services to include the entire transaction rather than just the minute of interpreting used.

It is our belief that revolutionising the way we sell and buy interpreting services streamlines the whole business.  It reduces the need, and admin costs, for endless invoicing between parties And enables us to pay the professional interpreters, who work on your services, higher rates in a timely fashion.

How you choose to price and sell your services, provided by us, is entirely up to you. 

What’s a transaction?

A transaction starts with a request for an interpreter and only ends when all parties have been paid. We don’t structure our pricing around a price-per-minute of interpreting model. A transaction includes everything it takes to manage and deliver a service. 

The number of transactions included in your subscription is based on interactions with the service, not the amount of time spent on a call/meeting (restrictions may apply).
