You need a landline or VOIP telephone that allows you to attach a headset and microphone to it. You must be able to mute your microphone on your headset/telephone through a “mute” button. You also need to be aware of the hardware and software requirements for a successful assignment with us:

  • PC or Mac: Windows 7 – Windows 10  Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) – 10.11 (El Capitan)
  • Web Browser: Google Chrome v34 or later. Mozilla Firefox v34 or later. Internet Explorer v8 or later. Microsoft Edge   
  • Internet connection 10 Mbps or better (broadband recommended)
  • Hardware 2GB or more of RAM
  • Software JavaScript enabled
